I went because it looks beautiful but my friend and I order a burger each and they took almost an hour and a half to bring them and that was only because we asked one of the waitress if our food was coming or not after we saw all the tables around us had already their meals even when they ordered after us. She took care of the situation but nobody came to ask if we still wanted our food and just brought it on the next 10 mins or less without apologising or acknowledging their mistake because they clearly had forgotten about it. After that, the waitress, Hannah, who solved the situation at first was the only one that took constant care of our service and was friendly but the whole situation delayed our plans and kept us hungry for a while. We both work in hospitality and we can understand delays or mistakes happen, but at least they could have asked if we still wanted the food and take accountability for the mistake.

What recent reviewers mention most:
Busy at peak times
Service is very poor as we walked in an no one approached us or let us know where to sit! We ordered the steak sandwich and it was literally a lump of steak on bread? I have never in my life had a steak sandwich like that. It was expensive and lacked seasoning. We also asked for the steak to be medium rare but it was practically well done and chewy. Honestly a waste of money :/
Lovely meal well served by very efficient and friendly staff. Extremely busy when we were there and service was still speedy. We'll be back.
